Balancer, a prominent cryptocurrencies platform, has had a turbulent period, marked by multiple developments. It was announced to be
delisted from Binance on April 16th which caused
Balancer (BAL) to fall 30% on Bithumb. Despite this setback, Balancer has pushed forward, launching
Balancer V3 in partnership with Aave, a decentralized finance protocol, to introduce
Boosted Pools. Through
Aave integration, Balancer aims to increase liquidity and yield. The updated version has also been
expanded to Avalanche following a governance vote. It now includes boosted pools and developer tools to speed up application deployments. Aave’s cross of $300 also illustrates the impact of Balancer V3 on decentralized finance
(DeFi) growth. There also have been rumors about BAL Crypto potentially going to zero. In other news, a high-severity SQL Injection flaw was found in
VMware's Avi Load Balancer. This vulnerability could allow attackers to access the database, a major concern for load balancers. Finally,
AWS has introduced several new features and updates to its load balancer services. They have added UDP support for PrivateLink and dual-stack network load balancers, and released an enhancement for their Application Load Balancer. Multiple new tools aiding in balancing capacities have been incorporated to prepare for traffic surges.
